Why Innovation UnderCover? Innovation, unless course-corrected, will reflect the demography of incumbents. Diversity brings fresh perspectives and creative ideas that are crucial for innovation. We want to uncover the yet-to-be harnessed impact of diversity by amplifying the voices of those for whom innovation has been a guiding light in their everyday lives.

Who will you hear from? Entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries, who are blazing non-traditional, non-linear growth
trajectories as they challenge and upend the status quo. Diversity goes beyond gender to include the unheard voices of innovation and all those who work tirelessly to foster a diverse workplace.
